KAISEON / AFFILIATE PARTNERS

Affiliate participant portal · Free participation

Partner application

A free registration separate from the KAISEON app. Companies and sole traders can issue a referral code after their business and beneficiary details are approved.

Individuals working independently as freelancers may apply without incorporating a company. Choose “Sole trader / freelancer” and enter your full legal name. We verify your identity, activity and an account permitted to receive your business income. Applicable local registration, tax and payment requirements still apply.

Do not enter full account numbers or identity documents. Our team will arrange a suitable evidence and beneficiary-detail check separately. Contact us to change an existing legal identity.

Partner participation terms

Version: October 27, 2026 (revision 2). Operator: 高坂 脩永, operating KAISEON. Contact: contact@kaiseon.net. These terms cover business-to-business referrals.

  1. Free participation.Companies and sole traders may apply. Email, business identity, authority and a business payout account require review. No KAISEON purchase, paid subscription, renewal, recruitment quota or deposit is required to participate or receive earnings. New referral codes become available after business and beneficiary review, provision of individual conditions, and your own acceptance of those conditions and disclosure guidance. Participation and partner-portal access are free. Free KAISEON workspace access is not automatically granted to all partners. Any individually offered introductory benefit is confirmed separately in writing, including the eligible recipient, scope and duration of access.
  2. Direct referrals only. One code may be used at a business’s first signup. Repeat signups, additional contracts for the same business, self-referrals, fraud, retroactive attribution and combined discounts are ineligible. Recruiting other promoters or their referrals earns no commission.
  3. Customer offer.A 30-day free trial, then 10% off the first paid monthly invoice; standard pricing thereafter. The trial does not consume the discount. Ineligible duplicate signups do not qualify. Contact us before the first charge if eligibility is unclear.
  4. Commission.15% of collected eligible revenue from directly referred customers, after discounts and excluding taxes and refunds. Fractions of the smallest currency unit are rounded down per invoice. JPY and USD are separate. There is no fixed end date while the eligible referred customer continues paying. Ending the promoter’s own KAISEON subscription does not forfeit earnings.
  5. Payment.Monthly cutoff in Japan time. The payment date is the last day of the following month, or the preceding business day if the receiving bank is closed. Payments are manual following payment/refund and beneficiary review. The normal minimum per contracting business is JPY 3,000 or USD 20, with smaller balances carried forward. Where a mandatory statutory deadline applies, we specify a concrete payment date within that deadline separately in writing; the minimum never delays it. We explain verification holds or disputes and required action. Required tax withholding is communicated in advance and settled individually.
  6. Beneficiary.A company’s business account must be in its legal name. A sole trader may use a business account in their own name. Private employee accounts and unrelated third-party accounts are not accepted. An operator checks evidence; entering account details is not bank verification. We normally cover transfer fees. Any currency conversion or different receiving currency requires prior agreement on the amount and fees.
  7. Promotion.Clearly disclose the financial relationship near endorsements and links, for example “Ad — I earn a commission from qualifying referrals.” Misleading claims, guaranteed earnings, unsolicited unlawful promotion, fabricated reviews and impersonation are prohibited. Follow the applicable advertising rules in the audience’s country. Register publication URLs in your portal and cooperate with review and correction requests. Publication details, review dates and corrections are recorded. Partners cannot enter contracts or make commitments on KAISEON’s behalf.
  8. Ending or changing participation.Request termination by email. Confirmed closing balances are paid on the last day of the following month (or the preceding business day if the receiving bank is closed) even below the minimum. If law requires earlier payment, the specific earlier date is recorded separately in writing. A program change or termination alone does not unilaterally extinguish continuing earnings from existing eligible direct referrals. Refund/fraud adjustments require supporting reasons; unrelated earnings are not forfeited. Changes are notified in advance; changes to existing rights require separate agreement.
  9. Records and data.Paid status records an operator’s confirmation at the transfer provider. Referred customers’ identities and tasks are not disclosed. Business, authentication and limited beneficiary data are used for review, deduplication, settlement, tax and dispute handling. Do not enter banking passwords, card details or national personal tax IDs here. Unnecessary information is removed subject to legally required retention.
  10. Japanese law governs and the Japanese text controls, without excluding mandatory applicable laws. Tax and receiving-country requirements are checked individually before relevant payments.
